Activate OnDemand

Helping Activate OnDemand to grow through strategic graphic design, I was initially brought in to develop their style guide, tone of voice, and graphic style to support their brand positioning. Since then, I have continued working with them on their launch of a frictionless platform which delivers customer campaigns, manages orders, and processes payments.

Established in 2019, the brand was on a mission to level up their commercial presence and drive cost effective direct to consumer growth through targeted B2B acquisition and customer data collection. To achieve this, I developed their branding and design system which could stretch across all channels, from their SaaS self-serve marketplace, and POS for current physical shops, to concepts for the Metaverse shopfront.

Sites & Platforms

Working closely with developers to build responsive product sites and a two sided self-serve marketplace platform, I was challenged with making sure the right message reached the right business customer at the right time. The Connect site offers a personalised approach for Brands, Influencers and Product Companies user personas, to ensure relevance and engagement and reduce any journey pain points. This allows for the right communications for international brands who want to acquire new customers, to popular social influencers who wanted to give their followers a special treat, to companies who want to sell their products for an offer.

Co-branded Campaigns

From the self-serve Connect platform, the users can simply apply for and manage their product offerings. Once a campaign has been set up, the final customer facing product, the co-branded campaigns, are then designed. These elements can include; eCRM, mobile ads, push notifications, QR codes applied to TV advertising, and social influencer activation touchpoints on tiktok and Instagram.

 

Informational Video

Working with Cove Videos animation studio, we produced this informational video explaining Activate OnDemand’s proposition. Responsible for storyboarding, supplying key graphics, and choosing voiceover artist and music, I took this project from brief to uploading it live on site in one week.

 
 
 

Live Webinars

Connect’s business-to-business live webinars not only needed to attract new product suppliers but also audience holders in the global food & clothing retail, mobile network operators and global airline operators markets as well as leading social influencers. Covering such topics as Gamification Marketing and Metaverse Integration, webinar campaigns required advertising across professional channels as well as repurposing the webinar content on site and across social media.
